I have always had an interest in people. I enjoy working with people and using my knowledge to help them. I know that every situation is unique, which is why I consider the particular needs and circumstances of each client. I use my 40 years of experience in real estate law, business law, and commercial law to provide efficient and effective representation and counsel.

I earned my bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Houston. Then, I attended the University of Texas School of Law, where I received my J.D. degree and graduated with high honors before passing the bar exam and becoming a member of the State Bar of Texas. I practiced with a Houston law firm for eight years, then moved to Austin in 1984, where I have been practicing law now for more than 30 years.
